Job Title: Visual Communications Specialist

The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating innovative visual communications with a strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing high-quality visual materials such as presentations, brochures, and reports that meet internal quality standards.
  • Creating maps and diagrams based on geographic information systems (GIS) outputs.
  • Producing high-quality image renderings using Photoshop.
  • Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Required qualifications and experience:

  • Proven experience as a senior graphic designer with a portfolio showcasing ability to produce high-quality and innovative design work.
  • Experience in producing high-quality design work and managing larger creative projects with a track record of excellence.
  • Able to identify opportunities for improvement and streamline design processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Organized and methodical with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior work experience in urban planning or property development.
  • Ability to work with artificial intelligence software.
  • Experience in creating video presentations and web-pages.
