Your expertise should include experience in Appian application support, BPM-based solution development, and system integration.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in Appian application support and BPM-based solution development. Your expertise should include:
  • Appian versions 19.x, 20.x, 21.x, and above.
  • Databases: Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL.
  • Web Services: SOAP/REST, HTML, XML, JSON.
  • Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Rally.
  • Appian features: Appian Sites, Appian Records, UX design, SAML, and OAuth framework.


You will be responsible for leading project teams, developing and implementing Appian-based solutions, and ensuring the quality and reliability of our applications.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:
  • Appian Level 2 (or above) certification.
  • Hands-on expertise in production application support, incident management, problem management, and Appian development.
  • A strong understanding of Appian architecture, best practices, and BPMN standards.
  • Experience in Appian plug-in development, system integrations, and production support for both in-house and cloud-hosted environments.
  • Proficiency in relational database management systems, data modeling, database design, and Structured Query Language (SQL).
  • Strong problem-solving, design, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Effective stakeholder management capabilities.
