Financial Analyst Position

This role involves managing financial data, performing accounting tasks, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account for month-end close activities and ensure accuracy of US GAAP reporting.
  • Oversee daily transactions, maintaining adherence to company processes and policies.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly profit and loss statements and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Provide timely assistance to internal stakeholders regarding ad-hoc queries.
  • Review the fixed asset register and reconcile it with the company's records on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide input on process improvements.
  • Coordinate with external auditors for audit closure in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in MIS or Statutory Reporting.
  • Preferred experience in a technology company, particularly in subscription or SaaS business environments.
  • Proven track record in MNC settings and knowledge of finance and accounting principles in various markets.
  • MIS and financial reporting expertise.
  • Experience managing the month-end close process within a 4-business-day cycle.
  • Knowledge/experience in Accounting Standards: U.S. GAAP or IGAAP.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
