Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the financial department
- Manage cash inflows and outflows
- Recognize revenue and manage accounting records
- Lead the general ledger and payroll teams
- Develop strategic plans for expense management
- Budget preparation and variance analysis
- Assets reconciliation and monitoring
- Analyze financial data and produce reports & statements
- Manage treasury operations, including weekends
- Establish and enforce expense policies and principles
- Coordinate annual audits
- Maintain fiscal files and records
- Foster business growth while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Support senior leadership in fundraising activities
