Role Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the secure management and access of enterprise identity infrastructure, covering single sign-on (SSO) integration and authentication services.

Key objectives include maintaining optimal performance, compliance, and high availability across various authentication systems, while overseeing user authentication mechanisms to provide seamless access.

  • Manage and support SSO infrastructure in cloud and on-prem environments
  • Optimize identity and access management systems for enhanced efficiency
  • Maintain full account lifecycle operations in coordination with HR and security systems
  • Support group management processes and define role-based access
  • Monitor authentication systems for performance, compliance, and high availability
  • Troubleshoot and resolve identity-related incidents in a timely manner
  • Implement policies for identity lifecycle and authentication standards, along with documentation

Requirements:

For this position, we seek candidates with:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
  • At least 3 years of experience managing SSO solutions and identity platforms in an enterprise environment
  • Proficiency in Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 identity services
  • Hands-on experience with SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and LDAP protocols
