Your Role

We seek an accomplished Furniture Designer who can bridge creativity with data-driven insights to develop unique concepts for dining, seating, and case goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze customer preferences through sales data, social media, and international trends
  • Develop original design concepts using Mango, Oak, Acacia, Teak, and other solid wood materials
  • Create production-ready drawings with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar CAD tools
  • Collaborate with merchandising and sourcing teams to translate designs into viable collections
  • Work with prototyping teams to refine joinery, finishes, ergonomics, and structural integrity
  • Incorporate KD (knock-down) joinery, export packaging standards, and compliance requirements
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in furniture design, preferably in solid wood
  • Strong skills in CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, SketchUp, Rhino, etc.)
  • Knowledge of global furniture trends, ergonomics, finishing techniques, and joinery
  • Ability to translate abstract research into commercially viable designs
  • Good communication and presentation skills
