Key Responsibilities:- Develop, formulate, and optimize natural personal care products with a focus on minimally processed, preservative-free formulations.
- Research and implement innovative eco-friendly ingredients and technologies.
- Conduct stability testing, compatibility testing, and performance evaluations for product efficacy and safety.
- Support product claims substantiation and regulatory documentation as needed.
- Oversee pilot plant trials, troubleshooting formulation challenges and optimizing processes for manufacturing efficiency.
- Master's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutical science, cosmetics, or Ayurveda.
- Experience in personal care research and development, ideally with formulated own products.
- Background in formulating natural or Ayurvedic products, preferably 100% natural.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
