Image Retouching Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Image Retouching Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our creative process, this role requires a strong focus on delivering high-quality visual content that meets our exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform detailed image retouching on e-commerce, fashion, and lifestyle images to ensure they meet our quality and consistency standards.
  • Review and approve final images to guarantee they align with our brand's aesthetic and style guides.
  • Coordinate closely with clients, editors, and team leads to manage project timelines, milestones, and workflows.
  • Monitor daily operations and flag potential delays or issues to maintain smooth project execution.
  • Develop and enforce retouching Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and style guides to ensure consistency across all projects.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to junior retouchers as needed to support their growth and development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of professional photo retouching experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and image editing workflows.
  • Fluency in English language.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior QA or project coordination experience is highly desirable but not mandatory.
