About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Revenue Collector to manage all revenue-related activities at The Shri Ram Universal School Hyderabad. This role will involve collecting fees, maintaining records, and ensuring timely payments.

Responsibilities:
  1. Collect fees from parents and maintain accurate records.
  2. Reconcile daily collections with bank statements and update ERP accordingly.
  3. Generate invoices for tuition, transport, and cafeteria fees within set deadlines.
  4. Maintain daily Fee MIS and ensure monthly records align with student lists.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in finance or accounting is required.
  • Proficiency in Accounting and Tally packages is essential.
  • Strong communication skills to handle parent queries and resolve issues promptly.
