Job Title

A Technical Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions to automate IT processes. This individual will work closely with technical SMEs to develop innovative solutions and offerings related to IT Tools Automation.

About the Role

This role is a key part of our Presales team, where you will be working closely with internal stakeholders and external clients to deliver tailored solutions and services. Your main tasks will include:

  • Ideating and developing new solutions and offerings;
  • Building capability decks, sales kits, battle cards, sizing tools, and whitepapers;
  • Working with the marketing team for internal and external marketing of solutions and offerings;
  • Providing enablement sessions for internal teams such as sales and delivery;
  • Working with relevant OEM and MSP to enhance existing capabilities and develop new capabilities;
  • Supporting analyst, advisor, and intermediary capability briefings; and
  • Supporting pre-sales activities as a SME for proposal support and client discussions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of enterprise-wide monitoring, management, and automation tools and solutions. You should also have good knowledge of leading tools and open-source products across service assurance, event management, network management, and AIOps. Additionally, you should have experience in performing automation analysis of client environments and recommending relevant AIOps solutions.

  • Good knowledge of leading tools and open-source products across service assurance, event management, network management, and AIOps;
  • Ability to engage with clients, advisors, analysts, and intermediaries on relevant discussions;
  • Flexibility to undertake domestic and international travels for business purposes;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook;
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing;
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships;
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines;
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems through recommending and implementing creative solutions;
  • Previous supervisory experience is highly desirable;
  • Bachelor's degree in science or engineering or equivalent combination of post-high school education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
