Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to collaborate with clients and leverage their expertise in Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse to drive supply chain transformation. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.

Your key responsibilities will include leading discovery sessions to gather detailed specifications, presenting customized solutions that align with client needs, and developing comprehensive supply chain strategies leveraging Kinaxis RapidResponse.

You will also create detailed proposals, workflows, and use case demonstrations to showcase solution capabilities, configure and customize Kinaxis RapidResponse to meet client requirements, and guide best practices for Kinaxis implementation and utilization.

In addition, you will serve as the subject matter expert for Kinaxis solutions during sales cycles and project delivery, support sales teams with technical expertise and thought leadership, and deliver compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concept scenarios.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Production, Mechanical, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse, including configuration, implementation, or solution design.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning, demand management, and S&OP processes.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis), Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
