Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Jira Administrator to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for administering and optimizing Jira/Confluence environments, defining standards, workflows, dashboards, and reports across projects, and supporting Agile Release Trains and Scrum of Scrums.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and hands-on experience in managing multiple projects and release trains in Jira. They will be responsible for setting Jira standards, workflows, and integrations, while supporting teams working in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and optimize Jira/Confluence environments.
  • Define standards, workflows, dashboards, and reports across projects.
  • Support Agile Release Trains and Scrum of Scrums, including PI Planning boards.
  • Integrate Jira with tools like GitHub, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Provide coaching, training, and reports for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensure platform stability, upgrades, and best practices adoption.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: 4–7 years of Jira Administration experience.

You should possess:

  • Strong knowledge of Jira workflows, customization, and automation.
  • Experience supporting Scaled Agile/SAFe programs.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and scripting.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Experience with additional Agile tools and methodologies
