Job Title

We are seeking a Senior Executive to lead our information security efforts, responsible for identifying and reporting on risks, aligning security posture, and reviewing controls in support of regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, be able to communicate effectively at the executive level, and possess strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and other regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and manage the Security Operations Centre (SOC), providing strategic direction to the SOC team and the organization.
  • Develop and implement information security awareness training programs for new joiners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Preferred certifications: CISA, CISM, ISO27001, CEH.
  • 4-9 years of experience in information security, IT security, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

  • Strengthen cyber security and resilience through regular audits and vulnerability assessments.
  • Review and analyze data leakage detections, perform penetration testing, and coordinate with stakeholders for remediation.
  • Assist the CISO in implementing security initiatives such as endpoint backup solutions, 2FA and DLP, and patch management activities.

Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills, with ability to identify and report on risks, and review controls in support of regulatory requirements.
