Key Data Analyst Position

The Role: This is a challenging data analyst position that requires 4-8 years of experience in data analysis and testing.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform regression testing to ensure new changes do not impact existing functionality.
  • Design, maintain, and execute detailed test cases scripts and validation checks aligned with business and technical requirements.
  • Conduct data validation, reconciliation, and analysis across multiple systems and sources.
  • Use SQL, Python, and Excel for data extraction, transformation, validation, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
  • Document, track, and manage defects ensuring timely resolution.
  • Continuously improve processes, frameworks, and automation opportunities.
Required Skills:
  • Proven experience in regression testing with strong defect identification skills.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel for data validation.
  • Experience working with JIRA or similar tools.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC testing methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Experience with test automation frameworks.
  • Exposure to load testing.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
