Trust Manager Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Trust Manager to oversee the administration of trust portfolios in line with international standards.

This key role involves ensuring trusts and entities are compliant with all relevant regulations, managing client relationships, operational risk, and coordination of client deliverables.

  • Responsibilities include achieving financial chargeability targets, monitoring transactions, handling pricing, invoicing, and resolving payment issues and collection of outstanding fees.
  • Achieve strong voice and face contact with clients and intermediaries, ensuring stakeholders are serviced well.
  • Manage the impact of emerging regulatory, taxation, or legal changes, ensuring compliance-related risk is addressed on behalf of the client.

Additionally, this role will involve supporting local management teams, client acceptance committees, and compliance to find commercial solutions to onboarding and ongoing client administration/service.

Candidate Profile Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree and professional trust-related qualifications.
  2. STEP qualification in trust and tax is advantageous.
  3. At least 10 years of experience working with trust/estate law, preferably in a similar industry.
  4. Strong commercial mindset, takes initiative, positive, proactive, dedicated, focused, and revenue/target-driven.
  5. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  6. Excellent client-facing skills, with well-developed spoken and written communication skills.
