We are seeking an experienced Cloud-Based Big Data Specialist to join our team at LTIMindtree. As a key member of our data engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying large-scale big data applications using Java Spark technology.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java programming languages and big data technologies, including Hadoop Spark Spark SQL. You should also have a good understanding of organizational strategy architecture patterns microservices event-driven and technology choices, as well as the ability to apply these concepts effectively in projects.
We are looking for a seasoned professional who can work with large volumes of data, design software that is easily testable and observable, and identify business problems at the project level and provide solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable big data applications using Java Spark technology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives
- Develop and maintain high-quality code, adhering to established coding standards and best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to big data applications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 3-12 years of experience in big data engineering with a focus on Java Spark technology
- Strong understanding of big data concepts, including data ingestion, processing, storage, and access
- Experience with cloud-based big data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
