Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager

Job Description:
  • We are seeking an experienced FP&A professional to support our team in creating innovative medicines for patients who are fighting serious diseases.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for performing FP&A Management Reporting activities, building budget and forecasting models, and providing effective analyses to highlight key trends and variances.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the preparation of monthly financial reports and ad-hoc analysis for senior management consumption.
  • Develop and maintain complex budget and forecasting models to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and address process issues and drive results improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in FP&A or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
