Project Development Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Project Development Manager to join our team for Sports.

This is an opportunity to be part of a grassroots sports transformation programme across Punjab. As a key member of the team, you will play an instrumental role in executing one of the largest community-based sports initiatives undertaken in the state, aimed at developing sports infrastructure and programs in every village.

The Project Development Manager will represent the organization within the team and serve as a critical liaison between departments, partners, and internal teams. Your work will directly contribute to successful implementation of high-impact sports initiatives that promote well-being, social change, and youth empowerment at scale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Implementation & Operations
    • Oversee daily operations of the Sports for Development program in target villages.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth center functioning.
    • Manage tournaments, events, and talent scouting.
    • Conduct field visits to monitor activities and address issues.
    • Ensure compliance with operational standards.
  • Project Management
    • Manage relationships to support program delivery and advocacy.
    • Liaise with departments for timely execution and clearances.
    • Represent the organization in official meetings, forums, and events.
    • Plan micro-level activities in line with annual goals.
    • Maintain records, track progress, and support reporting, logistics.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Build partnerships with local communities, schools, and sports leaders.
    • Align efforts with district sports departments.
    • Lead outreach through schools, centers, and campaigns.
  • Talent Identification & Academy Coordination
    • Support coaches in identifying and developing youth talent.
    • Coordinate with academies for talent progression.
    • Organize trials, training, and manage related documentation.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
    • Document success stories, field insights, and learnings.
    • Support the creation of materials and SOPs.
    • Capture field media for visibility and awareness.
