Job Overview:

Senior Motion Graphics Designers play a pivotal role in creating engaging and dynamic visuals for various media.

This position involves working on exciting projects alongside industry experts, expanding your skillset and making a visual impact across channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and storyboard animation sequences in collaboration with clients or creative teams.
  • Design and animate graphic elements, typography, characters, and visual effects in 2D or 3D using industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
  • Integrate audio elements, including voiceovers, sound effects, and music, to create a cohesive and engaging final product.
  • Combine motion graphics with live-action footage and perform post-production tasks using software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
  • Ensure all motion graphics align with client brand guidelines, including color palettes, typography, and visual style.
  • Stay current with the latest design trends, animation techniques, and software advancements.
  • Prepare and export animations in various formats optimized for different platforms.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, composition, color theory, and typography.
  • 5+ years of experience in motion graphics, animation, and video production.
  • Proficiency in animation principles, such as timing, spacing, easing, anticipation, etc.
  • Mastery of industry-standard software, including Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
  • Creativity and artistic vision, with the ability to develop original and engaging visual concepts.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and visual consistency in all aspects of the animation.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well with others.
  • Time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of motion graphics work.
