Expert Physical Design Leader
We are seeking experienced Senior Physical Design Leaders to fill key roles in our organization. With 10+ years of experience in Physical Design using mainstream P&R tools, you will be responsible for developing flow and methodology for doing placement, CTS, and routing.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in place & route flow, solid experience in placement guidelines, clock-tree synthesis, routing, timing optimizations, and Low Power implementation. They should also have expertise in solving customers' problems for critical designs to achieve desired performance, area, and power targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing placement, CTS, and routing methodologies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful design execution.
- Providing training and technical support to customers.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of physical design principles and mainstream P&R tools. Experience in hierarchical designs, Low Power implementation, and Static Timing Analysis related activities is an advantage.
Experience in Synthesis, interfacing with RTL and implementation designers to achieve better quality of results, and Floor Plan design including placement of hard macros, padring, power grid and custom analog routes is essential.
Proficiency in Physical Verification (DRC/LVS/DFM, chip finishing) is required.
