This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team of engineers and scientists in developing new neurostimulator system solutions and guiding them on issues related to design, development, and validation testing.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading System Design and Development
  • Overseeing product development and regulatory requirements
  • Evaluating existing technologies and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Developing and implementing strategies for new concept development and product sustainment
  • Maintaining documentation throughout all phases of development
  • Coordinating activities across product teams to ensure timely delivery of systems for design characterization, verification, and validation testing
  • Selecting, developing, and evaluating personnel to ensure efficient operation of the function
  • Demonstrating strong technical leadership skills to guide and mentor engineers involved in the system SI&T process
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of systems verification and validation processes
  • Communicating effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders on technical insights and updates on systems verification and validation progress
