The Fuel Biller plays a critical role in maintaining control over assigned fuel carriers, ensuring accurate billing, and meeting monthly deadlines. Key responsibilities include:

• Obtaining BOL and Delivery Ticket paperwork for assigned carriers
• Billing all sites associated with their assigned carriers
• Ensuring deliveries are billed according to daily Unbilled spreadsheet
• Researching tank loss issues for Inventory Accountant
• Investigating CRM cases involving assigned carriers
• Working with Fuel Supply to ensure correct product pulls
• Billing each delivery using Axxis and dealer price letters
• Collaborating with Fuel AP to ensure accurate billing and meet monthly deadlines
• Assisting manager with unbilled reconciliations and other tasks
• Covering carriers during PTO periods

Required Skills:

We require basic Excel knowledge, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. The ideal candidate is extremely well-organized, able to research issues, and possess a high level of accuracy.
