Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Data Insights Manager to join our team. As a key member of the Blend consulting group, you will take ownership of Business Intelligence projects, working closely with clients and internal teams to drive business outcomes.

As a hybrid professional, you will leverage your technical expertise in SQL and Tableau to create high-impact dashboards and insights, ensuring data accuracy and quality delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong client-facing background, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful BI projects. Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary interface between clients and internal teams, understanding business objectives and aligning BI deliverables to meet those goals.
  • Hands-On BI Work: Remain hands-on with SQL and Tableau to ensure data accuracy, high-quality analysis, and solution delivery.
  • Project Ownership: Take full ownership of BI projects, from planning through to execution and delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Dashboarding & Reporting: Develop insightful, visually engaging dashboards and reports using Tableau, delivering clear, data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal data engineers, analysts, and other BI professionals to manage data flows, ensure data accuracy, and optimize BI processes.
What You Bring
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Business Intelligence, with a focus on project ownership, Tableau, and SQL.
  • Proven expertise in creating high-impact dashboards and reporting solutions in Tableau.
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and complex analysis.
  • Exceptional client-facing skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and build strong relationships.
  • The ability to work hands-on within the project while also leading and owning the delivery process.
  • Strategic thinking with excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative approach.
