Job Title: Governance Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled security professional to drive business resilience and compliance initiatives in our Cybersecurity & Advisory Services team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead enterprise-wide security governance frameworks, including risk assessments and implementation.
  • Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps, policies aligned with industry standards and client objectives.
  • Provide advisory services on risk management, regulatory requirements, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Conduct gap analysis, compliance audits (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, PCI-DSS, etc.).
  • Design and implement robust security governance structures to strengthen organizational resilience.
  • Engage with C-level stakeholders to translate security risks into business impact and strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal/external teams to ensure effective incident response, business continuity, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Cybersecurity GRC, Risk Management, and Security Advisory roles.
  • Strong knowledge of governance frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, PCI-DSS, GDPR, CSA, etc.).
  • Experience in developing strategic plans, policies, and compliance roadmaps.
  • Proven ability to engage with senior executives and deliver high-impact advisory services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

The ideal candidate will have a mix of deep technical understanding, regulatory knowledge, and business acumen to ensure security aligns with organizational goals.

This role requires staying up-to-date with emerging threats, regulations, and security technologies to proactively guide clients.

We value expertise in GRC, risk management, and security advisory services, as well as proficiency in relevant certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CRISC, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor, and CGEIT.

Responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive risk assessments, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing targeted solutions. Additionally, the selected individual will develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, providing exceptional service and support.

To be successful in this role, applicants must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively. A passion for staying current with industry developments and trends is also essential.

A background in information security, cybersecurity, or a related field is required, along with relevant professional certifications and a strong track record of delivering results.
