Job Overview

This position is responsible for driving operational excellence in category management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail operations, with experience in inventory management, pricing, and product listings.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement process improvements to drive operational productivity and reduce waste.
  • Oversee the implementation of identified improvements to enhance inventory management efficiency.
  • Manage inventory for top sellers, including communication with stakeholders.
  • Analyze complex processes, synthesize data and results, and deliver insights and solutions.
  • Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to drive successful business outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of overall experience, preferably in retail.
  • Broad retail merchandising, marketing, and operations experience.
  • Proficiency in excel and data visualization tools.
  • Effective planning, organizational, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Courageous problem-solving skills and ability to drive results.
  • Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
