Job Title: High Performance Coach

As a skilled High Performance Coach, you will play a key role in helping individuals achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall performance. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for health and wellness.



Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Lead Training Sessions: Develop and implement customized training programs to help clients achieve their fitness goals, focusing on high-intensity interval training, functional strength development, and mobility exercises.
  • Conduct Member Consultations: Meet with clients to discuss their progress, set new goals, and provide personalized coaching and guidance to ensure they stay motivated and engaged in the program.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with the Head Coach and other team members to develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our clients, while also promoting a positive and supportive team culture.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Recognized Certification: Hold a recognized certification in Strength and Conditioning, such as NSCA-CSCS, NASM, ISSA, ACE, or CrossFit Level 1+
  • Experience: Minimum 18 months of coaching experience in strength training, functional fitness, or performance training.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
