Business Solution Software Developer

Design and develop intuitive front-end applications and distributed backend microservices using the Power Platform. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining business processes, extending SharePoint Online, and architecting data models in SharePoint Lists and Dataverse.
- Develop dynamic solutions with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Pages, and Power Automate flows.
- Customize SharePoint Online by building solutions, forms, and workflows integrated with the Power Platform.
- Architect scalable data models in SharePoint Lists and Dataverse.
- Build, optimize, and maintain automated workflows integrating Microsoft 365 apps and third-party systems.
- Write formulas in Power FX, use JavaScript, and apply Power Automate expressions.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and enhance existing apps and workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages).
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online development and integration with Power Platform.
- Hands-on experience with Dataverse, SharePoint Lists, and external data integration.
- Proficiency in Power FX, JavaScript, JSON, and Power Automate expressions.
- Understanding of data governance, security roles, and scalable architecture.
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to optimize performance and user experience.
