Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Recovery Officer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing and managing receivables for assigned customers, with a focus on accounts marked as Non-Performing Assets (NPA), ensuring timely repayment and minimizing defaults.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Receivables: The successful candidate will oversee and manage receivables for an assigned set of customers, focusing on accounts marked as Non-Performing Assets (NPA), to ensure timely repayment and minimize defaults.
  • Process Compliance: They will ensure strict adherence to processes, repayment guidelines, and collection efforts while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Repayment Efficiency: Our ideal candidate will drive efficient repayment practices to reduce the Overdue (OD) amount at the branch, working proactively to minimize NPA levels and restore overdue accounts to regular status.
  • Timely Payment Collection: Actively pursuing overdue payments using effective communication methods, they will ensure timely collection and improved recovery rates.
