Job Description:
The Sr. Field Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and service to our customers in the Asia-Pacific region. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electronics engineering, with a focus on laboratory equipment maintenance and servicing.

Key responsibilities include attending to breakdown calls, providing preventive maintenance, achieving financial objectives, and reporting service activities through SFDC. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the field of laboratory equipment's and a strong understanding of maintenance and servicing principles.

  • Diagnose and repair complex laboratory equipment issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
  • Diploma/Graduation in Electronics engineering.
  • No less than 5-7 years of experience in the field of Laboratory equipment's.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment maintenance and servicing principles.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
