Job Description:
We're seeking an experienced Workforce Planning Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for optimizing staffing levels, forecasting, and scheduling resources to enhance the customer experience within our bank's operations.
Accountabilities:
- Manage staff optimization levels, forecasting, and scheduling resources by analyzing data, business volume, and trends to support workforce allocation processes.
- Collaborate with teams across the bank to align and integrate workforce management processes and governance.
- Develop and implement workforce management strategies, processes, and controls to mitigate risks and maintain efficient banking operations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in workforce planning, operations management, or related field.
