Find Next Hire is seeking a skilled BI Developer to join our team.

We are looking for a talented individual with extensive experience in Business Intelligence development and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in OLAP, OLTP, and SSAS services, as well as expertise in database management and data modeling with SQL. Additionally, experience with ETL tools and processes is highly desirable.

Responsibilities of the BI Developer role include:
• Creating and implementing BI software and systems, integrating with databases and data warehousing
• Developing dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present complex data in an understandable and actionable format
• Building and maintaining data models to ensure accuracy and relevancy of the data
• Overseeing data extraction, transformation, and loading from various sources into a usable form for business analysis
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate business requirements into technical solutions

Requirements for the BI Developer position include:
• Proven experience as a BI Developer or Data Scientist
• Strong knowledge of BI tools and software, such as Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and stakeholders
• Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical terms
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and best practices
