Your Responsibilities

  1. Prepare journal entries and ensure they are supported with appropriate documentation and calculations.
  2. Prepare account reconciliations monthly in Blackline and ensure all reconciliations are accurate and of high quality.
  3. Assist and participate in the monthly financial close process and all related activities.
  4. Share suggestions for process improvements to increase efficiency and/or reduce risk and support execution of process improvements.
  5. Assist in any additional and ad-hoc activities required by the US R2R team.
  6. Excellent communication skills are key to ensure candidates can efficiently work together with NL team.
  7. Support corporate accounting team in preparing audit schedules for internal and external audits.
  8. Collaborate with external auditors for the area of work assigned.
  9. Prepare a limited number of analytics that will assist the US controller team in completing some of the more complex journals.

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • Qualified CA mandatory or equivalent military experience required.
  • 1+ years of experience in GL/RTR in a large US MNC.
  • Sound knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting.
  • Experience with SAP or large ERP systems a plus.
  • Experience with account reconciliations tools like Blackline a plus.
  • Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented and efficient in processing transactions.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Promotes teamwork and works well with others.
  • Energetic and positive attitude.
