CFD Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CFD Engineer to join our team.

  • Work collaboratively with SME-Acoustic group SME-Acoustic Development Engineer.
  • Perform 1D Acoustic and Backpressure of exhaust system analysis from request to report.
  • Perform acoustic and Backpressure exhaust system design optimization.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years professional experience in automotive.
  • Minimum Bachelor's level education in Mechanical engineering or similar.
  • Computer skills: Fluent in basic tasks in Windows environment, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Desirable Skills:
  • Analytical skills – Problem solving.
  • Design of Experiments (DOE), Multi-Objective Optimization (MOO).
  • Knowledge of analytical software: GT-Power, Realis Wave, Hypermesh, Catia V5, ModeFrontier.
  • CFD software knowledge.
  • Acoustics of ICE and exhaust systems knowledge.
