Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Executive with expertise in the EMS/electronics manufacturing sector to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting brand growth in domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to attract OEMs/ODMs in India and abroad.
  • Generate and qualify leads through online/offline channels, industry expos, and professional networks.
  • Identify new markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities.
  • Coordinate and manage participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Maintain CRM systems and track lead conversion performance.
  • Work closely with the sales and technical teams to prepare RFQ responses, proposals, and client presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Drive digital presence via social media and other B2B platforms with marketing content and campaigns.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of marketing/sales experience in the EMS or electronics manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of EMS processes, PCBA, wiring harness, and box-build services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools, digital marketing strategies, and MS Office.
Preferred Attributes
  • Existing network of contacts in OEM/ODM industries (Automotive, Industrial, Consumer Electronics, etc.)
  • Experience working with international clients.
  • Possessive about electronics and product development.
