Job Description:

The Security Operations Supervisor is a key role that oversees the daily physical security operations and assists in implementing and enforcing security policies and procedures across the facility.

This position collaborates with various teams, including crisis management and business continuity, to support the development and implementation of protocols and procedures.

The supervisor is responsible for ensuring proper identification and authorization procedures are followed and supports maintenance, implementation, and monitoring of security systems.

Additionally, this role assists with coordinating security logistics and risk assessments for international travel and provides support and guidance to 3rd party security teams.

The primary point of contact and hub liaison, the Security Operations Supervisor facilitates planning, coordination, and effective communication to ensure timely escalation and collaboration.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in physical security operations, crisis management, emergency services, safety & compliance or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a security systems IT oriented role, including experience supporting security systems such as access control, CCTV, visitor management, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
