Job Description
Credit Saison India, a fast-growing Non-Bank Financial Company (NBFC) lender, seeks a skilled DevOps/Data Engineer to drive data operations and engineering delivery processes. The successful candidate will automate data provision, testing, and monitoring, ensuring scalable and performant data pipelines.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with data and machine learning leads to design optimal data pipeline architectures, create dashboards, and tools for efficient monitoring of data and ML infrastructure, pipelines, ETL, and analytics delivery processes.

Responsibilities include building end-to-end event instrumentation and alerting systems, managing data and ML infrastructure, collaborating with IT DevOps engineers, and participating in enterprise DevOps activities. The candidate must be flexible and willing to adapt to new technologies to maximize their benefits.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Knowledge of latest DevOps tools and practices.
  • Experience with data pipelines within AWS (Glue, Data Pipeline, Athena, EMR, DMS, Spark).
  • Database replication experience with databases like Aurora, My SQL, Maria DB.
  • Efficient in building CI/CD pipelines for containerized Java/Python stack.
  • Comfortable with Git workflow.
  • Experience with applications deployed in AWS.
  • Configuration management and provisioning tools knowledge (e.g., Ansible, Cloud Formation, Terraform).
  • Basic knowledge of data science & ML engineering.
