Web Project Executive Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Web Project Executive. In this role, you will assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of new web projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project management teams to define project scope
  • Assist in managing and maintaining website projects, ensuring content is up-to-date, visually appealing, and user-friendly
  • Manage project schedules and timelines for Shopify and WordPress websites
  • Implement basic SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content enhancements to improve organic search rankings
  • Evaluate quality of content with quick turnaround on website changes
  • Monitor the website while keeping brand strategy in mind
  • Analyze data on website performance using web analytics tools

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
  • Strong interest in website management, digital marketing, and SEO practices
  • Familiarity with web analytical tools, particularly Google Analytics and Google Search Console
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
