We are seeking a skilled Business Finance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating annual budgets and developing financial models.

The selected individual will also be required to monitor targets and course corrections against plan versus actual performance, publish regular management information systems (MIS) and dashboards for leadership, investors, and management teams, conduct deep revenue analytics and insights, and carry out periodic data reconciliation between internal and insurer data.

This role involves managing multiple stakeholders and being responsible for supporting metrics reporting for relevant processes. Additionally, the successful candidate will participate in projects on system automation for operational efficiency.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong data gathering and data manipulation skills.
  • Ability to develop strong partnerships with business leaders, influence, and persuade.
  • Strong business acumen, curiosity, agility, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication (written, verbal, and presentation) skills, with editorial expertise.
  • Deep expertise in Excel, Google Spreadsheet, presentations, and models.

A background in business-facing roles is an added advantage. Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Suite is also essential.
