Market Intelligence:

  • Develop and maintain market intelligence processes to inform business decisions in the Indian market.
  • Measure market performance and identify trends, growth opportunities, and threats.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Perform competitor analysis to understand market position and opportunities.
  • Identify areas of vulnerability and strength in the market.
  • Maintain relationships with key information sources to facilitate effective communication and understanding of market information.
  • Design and submit reports to management on market trends and insights.

Strategic Planning:

  • Support the development of the annual operating plan and link it to business strategy.
  • Design frameworks and processes to measure progress and inform decision-making.

New Product and Program Evaluation:

  • Participate in the assessment and evaluation of opportunities for new products and programs.
  • Provide market research and information to inform business decisions.
  • Partner with local commercial teams to build business cases for new product and program development.

Strategic Growth Initiatives:

  • Own the program management of enterprise-level strategic growth initiatives.
  • Partner with regional teams on growth initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Help define plans of action, monitor progress, and highlight key support areas for problem-solving and budgeting.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in marketing research, statistical analysis, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in distilling large amounts of data into clear summaries of findings and recommendations.
  • Understanding of business strategies and financial modeling.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in driving strategy and analysis.

Education:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • An advanced degree (MBA or similar) is preferred.
