Senior Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced logistics professional to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bill of lading, shipping documentation, and import/export procedures.
- Ensure accurate and timely shipping instructions are provided to suppliers and agents.
- Coordinate with buyers and suppliers to resolve shipping issues and delays.
- Verify completeness and correctness of incoming shipping documents.
The selected candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing shipping schedules and tracking pending shipments.
- Coordinating with suppliers and agents to resolve core shipping problems.
- Entering shipping details into the system and creating outgoing shipping advice.
- Checking and booking incoming freight invoices.

Key qualifications include:
- 3+ years of experience in logistics or a related field.
