Job Description\

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Design Engineer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing high-speed communication protocol-based solutions, designing IPs for protocols such as Ethernet, PON, and OTN, and implementing RTL design and coding.

\Required Skills and Qualifications\
  • 9+ to 16 years of experience in Hyderabad location.\
  • Expertise in developing high-speed communication protocol-based solutions.\
  • Proven track record of designing IPs for high-speed protocols such as Ethernet, PON, and OTN.\
  • Excellent skills in RTL design, coding, and implementation of industry-standard design flows.\
  • Ability to create test bench architecture and test plan for functional verification of IPs.\
  • Experience in executing FPGA design flow, setting timing constraints, and fixing timing issues.\
  • Strong understanding of quality standards and guidelines.\
  • Ability to take ownership of the complete system development cycle.\
  • Excellent project management skills, including establishing schedules and managing multiple project deadlines.
