The Job:

This senior role involves effectively leading a team of Project Managers to achieve balanced workloads and timely project delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Risk Management: Identify potential risks affecting project timelines or quality and develop actionable mitigation strategies.
  2. Collaboration: Work closely with RM to meet project expectations concerning timelines and quality.
  3. Resource Allocation: Secure necessary materials and advise on required formats.
  4. Project Coordination: Facilitate project meetings, document notes, and follow up on action items.
  5. Project Planning: Conduct project kick-off meetings to plan deliverables and timelines.
  6. Sample Management: Procure sample specifications and plans from Sourcing Managers.
  7. Quality Control: Review questionnaires and coordinate with RMs on clear programming notes.
  8. Project Monitoring: Maintain project schedules and update them in real-time.
  9. Communication: Address project clarifications.
  10. Feedback: Review survey links for feedback and submit to RMs for client approval.
  11. Field Management: Align Field Managers by submitting Field Request Forms for all trackers and weekend coverage.
  12. Ad-Hoc Field Work: Manage ad-hoc field work, vendor management, quota setup, vendor redirects, testing, and survey deployment.
  13. Survey Analysis: Monitor online surveys, provide updates to RMs, and identify field issues for resolution.
  14. Insight Generation: Analyze, interpret, and prepare field reports with meaningful insights.
  15. Team Collaboration: Coordinate between Operations teams and RMs for timely and quality deliverables.
  16. Troubleshooting: Serve as a troubleshooter and problem solver throughout project lifecycles.
  17. Project Briefings: Conduct periodic project briefings with Operations teams to ensure comprehensive understanding of project objectives.
  18. Team Representation: Represent the PM Team in Regional Ops calls, gather feedback, and share accordingly.
  19. Training and Development: As an SME, impart training to new joiners and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.
  20. Team Management: Manage a team of PMs, being accountable and responsible for their work and conduct.
  21. Performance Management: Provide team members with feedback, encouragement, and advice.
  22. Compliance: Maintain compliances and ensure SOPs are followed.
  23. Reviews: Review monthly team member performances and conduct year-end performance reviews.
  24. Project Activities: Manage day-to-day project activities, resources, and chair project management team huddles/meetings.
  25. Evolving Responsibilities: Responsibilities and accountabilities will evolve based on business requirements and individual capabilities.

Your Qualifications:

A strong background in communication – both written and verbal – is necessary.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in Market Research is required.

You should be skilled at handling multiple projects concurrently.

Experience working in teams is crucial.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools is necessary.

A working knowledge of market research methodologies is beneficial.

Market research or Marketing specialization is preferred.

Education and knowledge in Project Management will be advantageous.
