Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating comprehensive test strategies, defining quality objectives for agile development teams, executing detailed test cases and guiding teams to achieve quality objectives.

They will also document test results, file defect reports and change requests. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with product development and test teams to investigate and resolve problem reports.

Reviewing product documentation and functional specifications is also a key responsibility of this role.

Furthermore, the candidate will work closely with the Engineering team on analyzing requirements and implementing use cases in automated testing frameworks.

Finally, they will monitor, execute and publish test results using the framework.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should have:

  • At least 2 years of industry experience in networking or a related field.
  • Experience working in cloud environments such as Kubernetes, AWS, Google Cloud or Azure.
  • A solid understanding of networking concepts including L2/L3 Features (TCP/IP, VRRP, IGMP, IPv4, LLDP, LAG, GRE, LT2TP, and IPSec).
  • Knowledge of IEEE 802.1 (Bridging, VLAN, STP, MAC security) is essential.
  • Experience working in a Linux environment.
  • Familiarity with WiFi Standards (IEEE 802.11) is an added advantage.
