Release Management Capability Lead

This role requires a strong understanding of release management principles and practices, with the ability to apply them in a complex organizational setting. Job Description:
  • Team Leadership: Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the Release Management team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and business priorities.
  • Change Management: Implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of technology initiatives, leveraging expertise in risk assessment and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the end-to-end release lifecycle, from planning through deployment and post-deployment support.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the release management process.
  • Develop contingency plans to address potential issues and minimize disruption to business operations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Strong understanding of release management principles and practices.
