Senior Director of Quality Management

This position plays a pivotal role in shaping the quality management framework across various delivery partners. As the Senior Director of Quality Management, you will be responsible for leading a team of Delivery Quality Leads and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, with a proven track record of driving systemic solutions that lead to breakthrough improvements in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of 5-10 Delivery Quality Leads across different delivery partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Cultivate and guide Quality Process Improvement teams to execute defined quality improvement tasks, promoting a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Prioritize and allocate improvement projects based on internal and external quality metrics, leveraging analytics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews of progress made on improvement projects, identifying areas for course correction and implementing necessary adjustments to ensure planned results are achieved.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline, complemented by a minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Delivery Quality Manager.
  • Experience in Healthcare BPO organizations is highly desirable, offering a unique understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
  • Demonstrated expertise in quality improvement tools and techniques, including Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma, and FMEA, with a strong ability to apply theoretical knowledge in practical contexts.
