Job Opportunity: Associate Director Brand Equity

As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a key role in developing and implementing robust brand programs to drive product superiority, equity, and preference across various market types.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, design, and execute a comprehensive brand program that aligns with business objectives
  • Develop Masterbrand architecture strategy, building on category expertise
  • Craft Positioning with Strong BCI - Build Brand Positioning Strategy and Key
  • Promote 360 Brand campaigns to foster equity and preference
  • Establish multi-channel communication strategies for the master brand through product superiority, core brand thematic, and purpose-driven campaigns
  • Build Brand Purpose Platform
  • Develop an 'Always On' Digital plan for a 12-month calendar
  • Maintain and enhance brand health metrics through impactful and innovative communication plans
  • Design Masterbrand Visual Identity and Packaging Re-design (evolutionary and revolutionary), creating a Visual Identity Playbook and detailing Brand sensorial signature
  • Evaluate and refine the Masterbrand strategy in line with category & competition landscape on an ongoing basis

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in core brand management in FMCG category, handling significant brand campaigns
  • Educational Qualification – MBA (Major in Marketing preferred)
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience (3 years in brand management/brand equity)
  • End-to-end exposure in creating a brand TVC and campaign planning
  • Deep understanding of gathering consumer insights and deriving strategic execution-oriented insights
  • Commercial acumen to efficiently manage marketing & media budgets
  • Understanding of navigating the brand world and collaborating closely with agencies
