Senior Hardware Technologist

Halma plc, a global leader in life-saving technologies, seeks a highly skilled Senior Hardware Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and troubleshooting hardware components.

Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and troubleshoot hardware components, including PCB assemblies and test equipment;
- Maintain inventory records and procure parts required for prototype development;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches;
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of hardware components to ensure they meet specifications;
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware components;
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Electronics or a related field, preferably with 3+ years of experience;
- Strong knowledge of soldering techniques, including SMT component assembly;
- Experience with HW troubleshooting and test jig wiring;
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Word;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
