Senior Interior Designer Position

As a seasoned interior designer, you will be responsible for assessing and meeting client requirements through regular meetings and conferences. Your expertise in computer-aided design programs (CAD) and hand-drawing skills will enable you to produce high-quality sketches, drawings, and floor plans to illustrate concepts and finished projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver results-driven solutions to clients by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely project completion.
  • Apply your knowledge of design principles and creativity to develop innovative idea boards that effectively communicate design concepts to clients.
  • Lead the development of visual content, including 2D and 3D designs, presentations, and proposals that showcase your portfolio and build trust with potential clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and design technologies to maintain an edge in the competitive interior design landscape.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of three plus years of experience in residential projects with a focus on modular interiors.
  • Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and Google Sketch-up is essential for this role.
  • A registered diploma or degree in interior design or architecture is required.
  • Experience in handling clients and managing projects independently is necessary for success in this position.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills are crucial for conveying complex ideas effectively and efficiently.
