Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to take on the role of Counselor and Sales Professional. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be innovative and goal-oriented, and possess strong analytical abilities.

The successful applicant will be responsible for achieving sales and delivery targets by providing exceptional guidance to students and promoting our courses and products. This includes managing daily activities at the center, ensuring consistent performance and profitability.

The Counselor and Sales Professional will also be responsible for counseling walk-in and telephonic inquiries, making calls to applicants, and ensuring timely service delivery. They will promote a consistent customer experience across the center, representing the overall brand experience.

Additionally, the successful applicant will coordinate with Faculty members for smooth class operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in counseling, handling sales in the education sector preferably overseas education or recent Graduate/Post-Graduate student from a premier college.
  • Strong analytical ability and excellent communication skills.
  • Exceptional inter-personal skills and multi-tasking ability.
