Job Opportunity: Marketplace Manager

About Our Client:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Marketplace Manager to drive revenue on multiple Quick Commerce platforms.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in managing q-commerce sales and possess a strong understanding of market trends and competition.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the beauty and personal care sector and has excellent presentation skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team, managing relationships with marketplace personnel, and working closely with the operations team to optimize shipments and reduce stock-out times.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and manage a team of associates to drive marketplace channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue on multiple Quick Commerce platforms
  • Conduct market research and analyze competition and market trends
  • Lead team efforts for product cataloguing, A+ content, and search engine optimization
  • Manage relationships with marketplace personnel
  • Work with the operations team to optimize shipments and reduce stock-out times
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports and provide data-driven insights to management
  • Handle key account management, category management, and catalogue management
